Spring snow followed by sunshine?
Spring snow followed by sunshine? Cloudcroft really knows how to put on a show this time of year. Four inches of snow just dusting the village and then vanishing like a dream the next day—that's pure mountain charm. And with the hummingbirds starting to flutter back and the greenery returning, it sounds like the perfect mix of seasons.
The Cabins of Cloudcroft hosted by Karl and Laura Campbell are cozy, peaceful place to land—especially when the lowland heat kicks in. You can just imagine the cool pine-scented air and a porch swing with a view.
Poke the Bear owned and operated by Scott and Michael has eclectic and wide range of items to browse through. Did you hear that Jim Maynard has expanded the Cloudcroft Brewery—homemade spirits at a mountain brewery-distillery combo sounds like a must-try. Also, Kennabells Bakery and The Elk Shed sound like places I'd get lost in—sweet treats and stylish finds? Yes, please.
Hope to see you up here soon. Did you hear?? I am now working with Skip Pridemore at Gary Mack Real Estate?? Come let me find your own piece of heaven in Cloudcroft.
Cheers,
Brent Bradshaw
